try scraping the rim of it with a knife to break any seal that may have been created,then try pulling it out with a big allen key or pliers, best of luck

treks riding well but ive built myself a fixed gear to improve general leg strength for next year, learned how to stop with my legs today, should be ripped for my next sportive
